Can only be so creative when it comes to a review about carpet, but here goes. I needed it, they got it down within 10 days and it does exactly what I needed carpet to do, ie, stay there, and it is. Therefore I would happily recommend them to anyone who needs decent carpets fitted properly without a silly long wait.

We recently used Crosby Carpets, Portland, for our new kitchen floor and from start to finish found the service and advice we received from Steve very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. The fitting was carried out on a day when we were not around, and we were delighted to come home to our lovely new kitchen floor. A personal service from a local business. Would definitely use Crosby Carpets again, and recommend to others.

Steve’s customer service was excellent, he was very patient, accommodating and knowledgeable of his products. We had a carpet fitted in our lounge which was fitted by the lovely Alex. Thank you guys, we will be back to get our kitchen done at some point.

Fantastic experience with Crosby Carpets. Upstairs bedrooms, landing and stairs carpeted to a very high standard. Fitter was brilliant, all done and dusted within a day and the finish is superb.

Brilliant service from Crosby Carpets Portland (and Weymouth). Steve’s customer service is first class and Martin his fitter did a fantastic job. We had two installations- the first on our basement level and later one on the ground floor and both jobs have transformed the house making it look lighter, fresher and cleaner.
